Amateur Radio Knowledge

In Cascadia we recommend the "Signals Handbook" by the Cascadia Radio Reconnaissance Group.

The Cascadia Radio Reconnaissance Group provides low-level signals intelligence (SIGINT) collection and communications support for public-safety and security missions in remote, sparsely populated, coastal and isolated areas of Cascadia, areas that cannot be conveniently or economically covered by other more conventional agencies or organizations.

This is the United States Version of the Cascadia Radio Reconnaissance Group's Signals Handbook, A Communications Guide for Remote, Sparsely Populated, Isolated and Off-Grid Areas.
